Security Policy
The customer’s information such as payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
Shipping:

Winemo does not deliver the wine or spirits to PO, APO, or FPO box offices.
If the items are not available for shipment, our representative will notify you to offer substitutions or make other arrangements.
In the event of extreme weather conditions (i.e. heat and/or cold), winemo.com reserves the right to delay the release of shipments in order to maintain the high quality of products at the time of arrival.
Shipping times do not include Saturday and Sunday.
Adult Signature Required:
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase Wine or Spirits from Winemo.
All packages containing wine or spirits will REQUIRE an ADULT SIGNATURE (21 years of age or older) upon delivery. Winemo is unable to fill any requests where an adult will not be present to sign. Any notes requesting for the package to be left will be ignored! We will not be able to refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to us because there was no adult to sign for the wine or spirits.
Shipping Insurance:
Winemo.com charges 1% shipping insurance off of your order subtotal. In the event that your order is broken in transit winemo.com will reship or refund your order. If you notice that your order is not complete or something is missing please save all boxes and content and contact our representative at: 1-877-WINEMO4 (1-877-946-3664).
Pre-Sale Orders:
All pre-sale orders will be charged a separate shipping charge. Please realize that in most circumstances pre-sale orders will be shipped at a later time than your regular order.
Pick-Up at our NJ Store:
Order online, pay online, and pick it up at our NJ store at your convenience. Never any additional fees... order processing and handling are always FREE of charge.

All orders will be ready for pick-up the following usiness day after 1:00pm EST unless otherwise arranged with our Order Department. Additional instructions will be forwarded via confirmation email.
Proof of confirmation email is required for all Pick-Up orders (please print a copy and ring it along with you to the store). Proper Identification also required - MUST be 21 yrs. of age or older.
Refunds and Returns:
It is rare to receive a defective product from winemo.com. However, if this does occur we will issue a store credit, a replacement item or a refund in the amount of the purchase price excluding tax, shipping and handling, at our discretion. We must be notified within 7 days of the purchase date. All ottles must be ¾ way full with the original content. If ordered more than one ottle of the same products other ottles must be full and sealed.
