Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order by visiting FedEx provided that you gave us an email address at the
time of your order. You can also find your tracking number in the email sent to
you notifying you that your shipment has been picked up from our store by
FedEx.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We will promptly replace any product that arrives damaged. Simply take the
return address label off the packing list (which is inside the box), re-seal
the box and attach that return label and send it back to us. We will credit you
for the cost of the return shipping and promptly send you a replacement.
WineMo assumes no responsibility for goods damaged during shipping.
Do I have to sign for my delivery? Or could I make a
special delivery request?
When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving will be
required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years
old. For this reason, WineMo will not ship to PO Box addresses, or ship with
instructions to “leave on porch” or any instructions which will not allow a
signature to be obtained. If an order is returned for failure to provide proper
proof of age, the Buyer is responsible for payment of all return shipping
charges.
Do I pay taxes on my order?
All sales delivered within the state of New Jersey are subject to applicable
New Jersey sales tax.
For all deliveries outside the state of New Jersey, the Customer is solely
responsible for all taxes or fees levied by any taxing authority in the State
of delivery.
When will my order get shipped?
We attempt to ship all wine orders within 12 hours, excluding weekends and
holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the first
available delivery day. If the shipping method you select will not be able to
arrive to the destination during the same week of the order, we reserve the
right to hold your shipment. We cannot control the storage conditions in our
carrier’s warehouse and do not want your wine orders sitting in their warehouse
over the weekend.
Your orders are stored in our temperature controlled cellar until they are
shipped out. If temperatures are extreme, we may hold your wine order for a
period of time until ideal conditions for shipping arise. WineMo assumes no
responsibility for goods damaged during shipping.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally.
